Customizing control statuses

The control statuses required are pre-defined directly in the PLM environment and can be fully customized (denomination, color,...).

Localizing inspection points

The dynamic guidance function included help users to localize the inspection points and carry out exhaustive inspections.

Detecting nonconformities

When a system is observed, the parts to inspect are automatically processed. At the end of this processing, standard statuses are assigned to them (valid, invalid, etc.).

Caracterizing nonconformities

Users can characterize the nonconformities detected by specifying their standard statuses with the help of the customized statuses pre-defined.

Reporting

Control results are automatically saved during inspection. At the end of the inspection, users can generate a reporting document that can be enriched if needed with screenshots and annotations.
